How long does delivery take? Since we produce each product only after your order (print-on-demand), delivery takes a little longer than for stock items – expect approx. 10–14 days from order to delivery.

Can I return my product? Yes, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

What sizes are available? Our shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are available in standard sizes (S–XL, partly also XS/XXL, depending on the product). A detailed size chart can be found on each product page.

What materials are they made of? We use high-quality textiles – standard Oeko-Tex certified B&C textiles, and upon request, climate-neutral organic cotton from EarthPositive and Stanley/Stella. Details can be found directly on the respective product page.

How can I pay? You can conveniently pay with PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa), and other common payment methods.

What happens if a product is "Sold Out"? Since we rely on print-on-demand, in rare cases there may be short-term supply bottlenecks for the basic textile material. The product will then be temporarily unavailable for order – please check back in a few days.

How can I be sure it's official merch? All collections in our shop are created in direct collaboration with the respective bands, artists, and organizers. A portion of each sale goes directly to them.

Can I, as a fan, also get in touch with my favorite band? For inquiries about a specific band or event, it's best to contact the band directly – their channels can usually be found on the respective collection pages or their social media profiles.

Are the collections permanent, or are they limited? This varies – some collections (e.g., for bands) are continuously available, while others (e.g., for individual events or festivals) are limited in time or quantity. Details can be found on the respective product page.
